Ten safety rules on the cameras already on the ceiling. Every close call recorded.

Forklifts and people share one floor. Close calls were only known if someone reported them. The site had one rule for us: no video leaves the building.

Illustrative video, generated for this page. A ceiling camera looking down an aisle. Not site footage.

The record

One close call, start to finish.

Illustrative. Drawn from the Unblink app. Camera names, rules and event details are examples, not site data.

What they had before

Close calls went unseen.

The ceiling cameras were there for security. Nobody watched them for near misses.

IT had one condition: no video leaves the site.

What we set up

A digital twin first. Then ten rules in one weekend.

01
Digital twin first

We rebuilt the floor in 3D from the site drawings, placed the cameras, and tested every rule on the site's own recordings before going live.

02
Connect

A small Zapdos box joins the camera network. It does all the work on site. No new cameras.

03
Rules

Ten rules written with the safety team. The details stay private.

04
Alert

When a rule is broken, the person responsible gets a message straight away.

05
Check

We checked every event by hand against the footage. More than 80% were right.

What they hold now

The right person knows first. The list keeps the rest.

Each close call is saved with its clip, camera, time and distance. The safety team reviews the list and exports it. If a question comes up a year later, the record is still there.

An alert is not a fix. The record is what they keep.

On site

How it runs on site.

VideoStays where it is. We never store it.
What leavesOnly the event: a short clip, the camera and the time.
If the network dropsIt keeps watching and sends the events once the network is back.
